10/10/13 Kapil (Ph.D. Spring '13) is leaving to take a research position at Exxon-Mobil. We are sad and excited to see a good friend go. We wish him all the best and are sure he will do a terrific job in his new position!
10/10/13 Congratulations to Kapil, Conerd Fredrikson (former SULI interm, now at Oregon State), Erica Smith and Young-Jin Lee for the acceptance of our latest paper in ACS Catalysis. Our team built an integrated adsorbent-catalytic nanomaterial and used it to selectively remove fatty acids from microalgae and turn it into green diesel. Great job guys!
10/10/13 Welcome to Dr. Naftali Opembe who joins us as a postdoc, coming from the Suib group in U Conn. We are excited about the great job he'll do here!
11/18/13 Congratulations to Nick, Umesh and Kapil for the acceptance of our latest paper in Topics in Catalysis. Our team developed a system for the single pot tandem conversion of simple alcohols into longer chain molecules. Great job guys!
